This would be a molecular solid. These types of solids have intermolecular forces holding them together (London forces, dipole-dipole, hydrogen bonds) instead of actual ionic or covalent bonds. This is why they tend to be so soft and easily broken. Items such as water and sugar are good examples of these types of "soft solids."
