It is believed that women are discriminated against due to the fact that they are female. It is believed that women do not have the strict mindset to leave emotions out of a situation, so therefore they can not make clear and precise decisions. When in a position of power, opinions cloud their reasoning skills so they can not make executive decisions that are orderly and stable.
