How does redesigning jobs help reduce stress? it seeks to buy off the leaders of a resistance group by giving them a key role. it helps individuals with an internal locus of control adapt better to high-stress jobs. it gives individuals greater control over work activities and lessens dependence on others. it helps employees reframe stressful situations and use active coping strategies. it reduces uncertainty by lessening role ambiguity and role conflict?

IT GIVES INDIVIDUALS GREATER CONTROL. Redesigning jobs helps reduce stress but making common tasks more enjoyable. If you find joy or satisfaction in your role you will be more efficient and do more without feeling like you've done more. Sometimes, a small change can have a huge impact. If you can give meaning to a mundane task then it will be done with not only more quality, but with more satisfaction as well. A good business consists of happy workers. I believe more companies need to redesign their jobs to reduce stress.IT
