Initially at Merritt's Bakery, all the labor was divide between the owners Bobbie & Larry. As the bakery grew it expanded and there were more people hired on an involved in the labor division. As they grew, Larry & Bobbie split the work with employees which included a front store sales and service manager, someone in charge of baking production, someone in charge of cake decorating, and a market director.
