The 4th at the bottom, because shortly after Fidel Castro became Cuba's president in the 1950's, he came out about being a communist. The US at the time, was afraid of Communism, and were scared and afraid about having a country with a communist leader 90 miles away from the American mainland. Which started the tensions in the 1950's.
