Propose a solution to a problem faced by Texans on the homefront as a result of the union blockade

they could (and did) collect food and clothing by possibly stealing and or scavenging.

Texans can start to try to manufacture what they need for themselves

Use blockade runners, while transporting resources from other confederate states to Texas.



Or just surrender

Texans can also try to get resources via Mexico, but because they just finished the Mexican-American War, it may not work.
