For this problem, let's use the Planck's equation which is written below:
E = hv
where
E is the energy
h is Planck's constant equal to 6.626×10⁻³⁴ J·s
v is frequency
Solving for E,
E = (6.626×10⁻³⁴ J·s)(7.14×10¹⁴ s⁻¹)
E = 4.73×10⁻¹⁹ J
