When trying to detect lying, it is more accurate to focus on a particular cue like eye contact than to try to look for clusters of cues?

If the statement is asking whether it is true or false, the answer is false. It is because when detecting lying, a person shouldn't just focus on the eyes but also on other clusters of cues because this will help an individual determine if another person is lying if he or she has proven a lot of evidence on different clusters of cues.
