I mean if they received equal treatment then the Jim Crow Laws never would've happened. The Democrats created Jim Crow Laws so that the blacks wouldn't have been able to vote.
In this scenario, I guess that the laws would be fair if we received equal treatment, despite the Jim Crow laws not being fair in general.
