I am pretty sure that it's 1: (0,2) and y=2. The y--axis crosses at 2. And the rest of the answers don't make sense with the problem.

So you're in the upper left quadrant which means the x term will be negative but the y term will be positive. Two to the left and 6 up is where your vertex is (just do this by counting) to find you axis of symmetry all it is is your x term. So, your answer is option 4
