Do you agree that citizens should have the right to burn the flag under the First Amendment? Are there any types of speech that should not be protected under law? Explain.

Yes, citizens has the right to burn [a] flag in the United States. It isn't protected under the first amendment though. There are types of speech that aren't protected under the law. For instance, you can voice your political opinion in a subway. But you can't yell "BOMB'' or give false rumors that there are gunshots happening. You'll be arrested and more than likely fined.
