$P= \frac{\text{total number favorable outcomes}}{\text{total number of outcomes}}=\frac{\text{total number favorable outcomes}}{12}$

Probability of getting of spinner landing on red =
(3)/(12)=(1)/(4)

Probability of getting of spinner landing on green =
(4)/(12)=(1)/(3)

Probability of getting of spinner landing on blue =
(3)/(12)=(1)/(4)

Probability of getting of spinner landing on yellow =
(2)/(12)=(1)/(6)

Red and blue color both have same probability which means that chances of spinner to land on red and blue color are equal.
