The answer should be 3, M.

For M, it is indicating to the organ gallbladder. The purpose of it is to store bile, which bile help physical digest fats. However, gallbladder is not the site that produces bile, that should be the liver.

Therefore, after bile is produced in the liver, they're stored in gallbladder. It then will be released through the bile duct to the site it is used for, which is the duodenum.
