Alex works at the Pretzel Factory. The customers always compliment the pretzels Alex makes, saying they taste better than any other pretzels. But Alex uses extra ingredients on each pretzel, making the cost per pretzel go up and the profit go down. Give Alex some constructive feedback on his performance.

Well, some things that Alex could do is, he can increase the prices of the Pretzel slowly, getting the customers to get accustomed to the increased price! Some feedback you could give him would be: People love your pretzels more than others due to the fact that you have extra ingredients on them, keep the ingredients and increase the price of the pretzel so that you can keep your profits with your fantastic pretzels.

Best feedback: Alex has been doing great and pleasing customers, however, making the company's income decrease. If he feels like he likes satisfying customers he might be able to instead great them and be kind instead of adding extra ingredients. However, if he feels that this makes the pretzels better he could take it up with the manager and inquire about raising prices.
