The correct answer is C. Japanese Americans were proven to be assisting the enemy with radio messages.
This actually never happened - and even if Japanese Americans did assist Japan via radio messages, that was definitely never proven. The other three options show the sentiment of the time, and that is that Americans didn't trust Japanese Americans at all.
