So, we have a division problem.
3 1/10 / 2 3/4
What we can do is change them to improper fractions, and multiple. We flipped the numerator & denominator of 2 3/4 first, though.
31/10 / 11/4 = 31/10 * 4/11
31/10 * 4/11 = 1 7/55
I hope this helps! I didn't use a calculator so I'm a little skeptical of it came out right.
