Since that is an isosceles triangle, you know that 59=(x+7). So you should make the following equation:
59=x+7 which would lead you to the answer: x= 52, then plug in the answer and get 59=59. So, since the sum of a triangle is 180 degrees, you can do the following equation: 59+59+y=180. This can be simplified to 118+y=180. After doing your algebra you should get y=62! Then you plug in the y and find out that the two base angles are 59 degrees, and the last angle, opposite to the base, is 62 degrees!
If you need any more help with this, please let me know in the comments of this answer or by sending me a message! Hope this helped you.
Thank you.
