"Why did the author decide to start in the middle o the action?"

The question word "why" has the purpose to rationally understand the reason that led the author to start in the middle of the act. Reasonably, he should start by the beginning, but if he decided to start in the middle, so it would be for a rational and good reason, and this is the purpose of the question.
