The authors view Marcus Garvey’s controversial ideas in a negative manner and are of the opinion that Garvey and the Universal Negro Improvement Association (UNIA) are dangerous because they feared that Garvey's ideas and the actions of the UNIA will stimulate more racial problems, and break apart peace and safety.
