The opposite of perception congruence is perception dissonance divergence disagreement deviation dissonance. Perceptual congruence is defined as the extent to which members agree on their perceptions of the organization's social structure. This study proposes that employees congruence on the organization's social structure is influenced by similarities informal structure, demographic attributes, and emergent structure.
