The answer is D. No
A sequence is considered arithmetic if it has a contant defference between each numbers.
Let's analyze the sequence above:
13 (+7) 20 (-3) 17 (+17) 34
Since the difference is not constant, we couldn't consider the sequence as arithmetic.
