All you have to do is convert the fractions to decimals.
So for 1/6 divide 1 by 6 to get 0.16
For 15/4 do the same to get 3.75
Same for 3/8 to get 0.375
Therefore ordering should be easy now!
1/6, 3/8, 15/4, 4, 4.3, 5.5, 6.
