The Cerebrum is a body part that sends functions and controls the body. A frog has a smaller than usual cerebrum because it's body is so small and could mean that the frog and its body's processes that keep it alive are less complex.

Answer:

The cerebrum of the frog is used for thinking and planning. The small size of the cerebrum of frog indicates that it does not thinks much and plans much before doing some activity.

It is the largest part of brain but in case of frogs it is quite small. It performs many other functions like interpreting touch, vision and sense of smell. It also controls the speech, learning et cetera.
