Transition occurs MORE frequently than transversion, thus, ......................... phylogenetic relationship between DISTANTLY RELATED ORGANISM.
Phylogenetic trees are used to decipher the relationships between living organisms and their ancestors. In building phylogenetic tree, transition is considered to be more dependable than transversion.
