When reviewing the history of a 3-year-old child with down syndrome, which behavior should the nurse interpret as a delay in early development? select all that apply?

Children with down syndrome usually experience delays in motor development. They might also experience delays in speech and language development because of the differences in their oral structures that make it harder for them to learn proper speech. Social development on the other hand is not a problem for kids with down syndrome.
