It is schizotypal personality disorder or STPD. It is a mental disorder which is characterized by extreme social anxiety, paranoia, derealization, thought disorder, and unconventional beliefs. People who are suffering from STPD feel discomfort with keeping a close relationship with people since they think that their peers will have negative thoughts about them. Other manifestations of this disorder are odd speech mannerisms and strange choice of clothes.
