I would say the correct answer is C. "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof" is one of the best known plays of Tennessee Williams. The title of the play needs to be put under quotation marks, and it needs to be capitalized in the correct way (nouns, pronouns, adjectives etc. need to be capitalized). However, the author's name doesn't need quotation marks.
