`(7+3)/(-2+4) = 5`
Perpendicular gradient therefore is
`(-1)/(5)`

With this info, y-y1=m(x-x1)
5(y-8)=-1(x-6)
5y-40=-x+6
5y=-x+46

`y= (-x)/(5) + 9.2`
