The correct answer is - B. Columbia.

The Inca Empire, at its peak, was a very large empire, stretching for approximately 2,500 miles alongside the western coast of South America and the Andean Mountain Range.

This empire included territories of what are now Colombia (only a small part of the southwestern part of the country), most of Ecuador, most of Peru, the western half of Bolivia, northern half of Chile, and northwestern Argentina.

The northernmost part being in Colombia, while the southernmost part being in Chile.
