The person above me is correct - there are indeed three progressive verb forms in English. Those are present progressive (am walking), past progressive (was walking), and future progressive (will be walking).
However, there are additional three verb forms which are perfect progressive (present/past/future perfect progressive) so I'm not sure if you should count those as well, in which case the correct answer would be six.
