When establishing a prima facie case to proceed with a claim of religious discrimination, an employee need not establish that he has informed an employer of the conflict?

This is false, the employer must be made aware of any religious beliefs of the employee and whether they are indeed sincere before any case can be proceeded with. This belief will need to be proven to the court.
