the process of respration happens.carbon moves from fossil fuels to the atmosphere when fuels are burned.when humans burn fossil fuels to power factories, power plants,ect.basically it enters as carbon dioxide gas.btw ask you teacher of this is correct.I don't want you to get it wrong.
