Leaders that exhibit moral excellence and stick to their values are best described as good leaders. Moral excellence is important because it shows that the person in charge, or leader per se, cares about others. Sticking to your values also signifies that he/she will stand for what they believe in and will not simply go along with the opinion of others to make themselves look good. I truly feel that having a backbone is important in leadership because you are usually dealing with a variety of personalities and situations.
