Traditionally, the individuals that would be the most concerned about the explosion of violent video games that children are exposed to today are the parents of the children. This would be simply because the parents are responsible for the up bringing of this generation of children and most parents are aware of this responsibility. This results in a hyper vigilance in parents around the world when it comes to exposure to violence, including within video games.
