For three lengths two be able to be the sides of a triangle, the longest side must be less than the sum of the two other sides.
A.
25 is the longest side.
16+10=26
25<26
It is possible.
B.
15 is the longest side.
13+12=25
15<25
It is possible.
C.
18 is the longest side.
5+10=15
18 is NOT less than 15.
It is not possible.
D.
15 is the longest side.
8+8=16
15<16
It is possible.
Therefore, the answer is c.
