So with this problem I do not get any of the answers listed above.
Regardless, apply the exponent rule x^a/x^b = 1/x^b - a
5^-5/5^3 = 1/5^3 - (-5) = 1/5^8
Therefore the final answer is.

(1)/(5^8)
