If I feel my injury or illness does not require medical treatment or attention I do not have to report it? True or False

Report it to who? Kinda depends if your at school rub some dirt in it.. If your at home alone but a bandage on... If you fell off your bike and broke your leg and split your spleen in half then you should report it...
