keep in mind what each sign means.
< less than
> greater than
≤ less than or equal to
≥ greater than or equal to

in this equation it says that "n is greater than -2" so the equation line has to go to the right. and when the equation has the signs < or >, the circle has to be dotted and when the signs are ≤ or ≥ the circle has to be solid.

so the answer is C.
