Then , According to the given question, we have

$x+x+1+x+2+x+3=198\\\\\Rightarrow\ 4x+6=198\\\\\Rightarrow\ 4x=198-6\\\\\Rightarrow\ 4x=192\\\\\Rightarrow\ x=(192)/(4)\\\\\Rightarrow\ x=48$

Now, the fourth number will be :-

48+3=51
