When we go from 3 avocados to 9 avocados, we're mulitplying the number of avocados by 3. If we triple the number of avocados, we'll also have to triple the tablespoons of cilantro, which would give us 2 x 3 = 6 tablespoons of cilantro for 9 avocados.
