If you're hypothesis was correct, you do the experiment again (usually three times) to be absolutely sure that you are correct. If you get more or less the same answer each time, you come to a conclusion and share your data.
If you were wrong, you make a new hypothesis, repeat again three times, and come to a conclusion again.
