Phased Installation. Phased Installation is a method of changing from an existing system to a new system. Phased Implementation is a changeover process that takes places in stages. A Phased Installation might be conducted either by implementing entire new system in some locations or business units or by implementing separate modules of the system independently until the implementation is completed.
