We can get essential amino acid from eating foods that contain the biomolecule; protein.

Proteins are macro nutrients that contains amino acids. Amino acids are composed of organic compounds such as carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen or sulfur which are the building blocks of proteins. The body requires various amino acids for its growth and proper functioning. The essential amino acids such as histidine, isoleucine, lysine, phenylalanine, tryptophan and valine cannot be made by the body but can be obtained through diets. The best sources of essential amino acids are animal proteins such as eggs, meat, and poultry.
