now, if we solve for "h", and thus put the equation in slope-intercept form,
\bf h-15=3.2t\implies h=\stackrel{slope}{3.2}t\stackrel{y-intercept}{+15}

notice what the slope is, and recall that the slope of an equation is just the "average rate of change".
