Alkanes are more reactive to the environments compared to the Alkenes. Aromatics compounds are also relatively stable compared to Alkanes. Some examples of Alkanes are Methane, Ethane, Propane etc. Alkanes are also easily combustible. Because of the arrangement of molecules in a tree structure and single bonding between carbon and hydrogen molecules the Alkans are less stable.
