The Real  ones are microscoptic and look a little differnt like the real ones

Answer:

Molecular models are actually made to describe molecules otherwise we cannot see the molecules with naked eyes. Molecules are microscopic entities are only can be seen with a microscope. So, to make them visible scientists make their models that resembled with the real ones.
