Ratio:
Students: teachers
7th Grade
156 : 7
156 ÷ 7 = 22.2857142857
5th Grade
120 : 5
120 ÷ 5 = 24
Note: 24 is bigger than 22.2857142857.
We can clearly see that 7th grade has the lowest student to teacher ratio.

Fifth grade has 24 students per each teacher.
Sixth grade has about 23 students per teacher.
Sixth grade is lower.
