I would have to say C) Workers had easier jobs and shorter hours. I'm not 100% sure but I know it ain't A.

The correct answer is alternative C) "Workers had easier jobs and shorter hours".

In simple words, the Assembly Line, or Progressive Assembly, is a manufacturing process, where each worker has a small part of the job to do, going from workstation to workstation until the assembly is completed.

It was a great advancement on factory production.
