This nurse has an opportunity to educate and instruct someone whose life is in need of restructuring. This client must develop the skills necessary to deal with life's ups and downs, as well as developing a life/health balance. This person can make the necessary changes to improve their physical as well as their mental health by incorporating stress management, a proper diet and common sense.
