Label the center of your circle, “A.” Draw two different radii and label them. Next, draw a diameter and label it “diameter.” Tell what is the relationship between the radius and the diameter? Draw a different chord that is not a diameter and label it “chord.” Compare the length of the chord with the length of the diameter. Which one is longer? What is the longest chord that can be drawn across the inside of a circle?
